I prefer print, and still enjoy going to barnes and noble and the like looking for books or magazines. my wife is the exact opostite. she prefers to read on her phone.
my butcher will run it though the slicer for me. I just tell him im making jerky and how many pounds of what cut. last time around i just told him cut me what he uses, he cut me 2 pounds of tri tip. it was some of the best jerky i have made. i would have never thought to try it for jerky.
I like it. it can be "gamier" for sure. sometimes to gamey though. best way i can describe it, the white meat will taste more like really dark meat on a farm raised.
