Worked with him for a bit on a project I did. Had his cell number at the time so we talked a lot. It was hi rocker ratio stuff and my first time with it. All the stuff he came up with and sold me I was worried about, however it turned out stellar and was happy. Cool guy, and will be missed.

I have a 18 250sx stock head squish corrected to .040, premium fuel, stock mikuni. Buddy has 17 250sx, rk tex head for 100 octane fuel, 100 octane, Keihin carb. Mine has very noticeably more power when we switch bikes.

Really matters where you run them. 300xs and 300x at wot are probably very close. I was thinking about a repower from 300x to xs, but I run hard most of the time. I don't care for the compessor and intake noise you hear once you get good cowls on a xs and they require the same fuel. Decided...

How do you know they are fuel efficient? I haven't heard any body talk about wot gph usage yet. 87 octane is a huge plus tho.

I have noticed people don't hang on to them very long.

They are pro finish bravo 1 fs props. They have additional set of holes and another .150 off the diffusers from out of the box. Very nice set of props, I am just thinning the herd.
