There’s no way that’s normal. Plenty of my friends have scx and not a single one of theirs looks like that. I agree with 02howard. Can’t believe they didn’t step up. Especially with how expensive it is for that upper. Hopefully it’s only looks and doesn’t affect the boat at all.

Is there a specified break in period for the scx? I’ve tried to search but came up empty. Under certain rpm for amount of hours etc? Or is it just install and let her rip

They’re awesome people. Nothing but helpful. Currently replacing my drive with them. Extremely informative the whole process, send pictures etc. Would recommend Aaron and absolute to anyone.

You able to re use your drive shaft you had for the ext box? Those pictures make me want to go with silver for mine. But then that means new extension box and wing brackets also to match haha

807hp, would have to dig up the paperwork for the torque, 1:36 gears with a 30p 4 blade. Not really too sure on max rpm. Have never opened her up all the way
