Unfortunately, the non skid probably can't be saved. There was a flat recess for the jet in the back that will be filled. The whole keel will be beefed up and balsa floor will be added with new stringers. I am having him throw another layer of glass on the floor to beef it up since it is pretty...

Well.... Probably time to get the build thread going. Purchased the boat last week out in Beaumont, CA. Dropped the boat off at my buddies shop this past Tuesday evening. He's already tearing her down.

Dropped the sucker off last night for a makeover! Then picked up my 12' Daytona out of my Grandpas garage. Got her in the shop and ready to start rigging.
