My pontoon cover has the "tent" poles that takes the cover off from resting on the upholstery, by maybe an inch or so at the railings. It seams to work for me on my interior that is 17 years old (still looks new) and the cover that is about 4 years old. :cool
I would also try the towel or...
We have had our Magic in my non-climate controlled garage for 15 years. There hasn't been any damage. We are on our second pair of flappers going on 10 years. You may be over thinking this. The house on the other hand, I keep it at 88 so my fridge doesn't work hard and have other stuff melt...
My 25'er with 90hp and three toons hits about 22 mph set on kill. This with a medium load and full tank. About 18 mph loaded down. Still prop testing. I may need to go to a 11p from my 13p three blade.
Same here, interior was immaculate but exterior stickers are worn. Need to do a wrap. I lucked out and the previous owner had just dropped $4k in new double Bimini sunbrella canvas and mooring cover.
Paid $15k for my 2000 Bennington Tritoon with Honda 90Hp outboard but looked for no less than 2 years and bought it in Central Cal in late December/early Jan. Pictures are up in the "Show us your toon" thread.
Wow! Some really nice toons here. My tritoon is a 2000 Bennington 25' w/ 90HP Honda. Hits 22.5 on the gps.:D Looking to repower with a 150-200. Since buying this in January, I haven't taken our Magic out. Having a 9 and 6.5 year old, these are really the best bang for your buck in terms of...
Michael @ Speed of Sound. :thumbsup I emailed him two weeks ago, he responded within an hour, and installed a new head unit and speakers in my new to me toon a week later at my pad, in time for this past holiday weekend. Talk about service! No 6 month wait. I was very pleased with his equipment...
We purchased from ROZ and had Tweeters install the entire stereo system that is still in our Magic. I guess we should update 14 years later.:D
He did have the killer hook ups. My Havasu House surround sound and ceiling speakers are all from ROZ. We are friends on FB.
The best fireworks I have found around town is from the stand in the K-Mart parking lot. They sell Black Cat Fireworks which are much better than the whimpy stuff you buy here in CA. :cool
It gets addicting for sure. Nice filler time when nothing on TV. Sailing La Vagabonde is one of my favorites on YouTube, although I wouldn't call them E beggars. They just sail around the world. Maybe I watch it because Elena is hot. :D
Yeah, sold it for $10k more and bought Dodger Season tickets. :champagne:
J/k. It was a PIA storing it in Havasu in the winter and my mom's house in the summer. Was only using it twice a year so I sold it and bought a used RZR. My son and I had a blast using it. Sold it in less than a week to...
I had a 2003 Alpenlite Truck Camper (with slide out) I bought from an inmate back in '08. I sold it for more in May 2016. Alpenlites hold their value. They were the Schiadas/Howard's of the Rv's, back in the day. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Alpenlite. 2FF had a big thread about his...
