Stuff always goes down in value. We had that weird crazy covid supply chain free money period where toys went up. Now it's back to the way it was. Stuff depreciates really fast. For that reason 95% of toys that I buy are purchased used. I mentioned this in another thread...

The only issue with mine and you can see in the photo is that my floor is sloped so there is gap on one side at the bottom. I just place a board on the other side when closed.
