Yes, white dial is local time, black dial is home time. Little white/black dial tells you if it’s day or night at home. Pusher on the top left jumps the local time dial one hour per push when traveling.

I’ve never purchased off there, but look often. Generally you can easily take 10% off their pricing and find elsewhere. It’s kinda like eBay. Some sellers are great and some not so much.
