Yes you can drive on streets in CA, but I believe you are limited to certain speed limit roads and possibly some other restrictions that I’m not too sure of. But I see them down by the beach all the time.

A, ok. That sounds more likely than 50 lol.

Possible promotion would put me about 3 miles from work and 35 (aka 45) mph roads. 18mph might incite some road rage.
