I have a few cars I am selling (Updated post for each vehicle).
  • 1996 Ford OJ Bronco, White, 4x4, 1 ton Dana 60 up front, 1 ton 10.25 rear, 5 new 37” tires, 214k mile recent rebuilt 5.8, rebuilt trans, white with grey cloth interior, hitch, runs xlnt. Needs some finishing but I drive it locally almost every day. Would not hesitate to drive this any distance. Has a very small exhaust leak, may fix it if I can find the time.
  • Asking 30k OBO. If buyer wants to do the work themselves I would let it go for 26k OBO "AS IS"
  • 2002 Ford Expedition Eddy Bauer, 4x4, This is the cleanest First Edition Expedition you will ever see, white, tan interior, ice cold dual air, sunroof, tinted windows, 103k miles, 2” Lift, new BFGs, 6 disc changer (if anyone has CDs anymore I do lol), runs excellent, would drive this cross country without hesitation. I paid wayyyyyyyyyyy toooooo much for it but once I saw it I wanted it because of the condition. 13k OBO.

Trades and cash may be an option as well. Other than the 2 cars I have on order I am Looking for a 65/66 Mustang Fastback or my dream car '68 GT500KR 428 CJet plus $$$$$$$$ from my end, and a Excursion 7.3 4x4 with under 75k miles in mint condition.

I have a few cars I think I may be selling but not sure which ones or if all are going to be put up to sell.

Time to make some changes in the stable, and I have 2 cars on order along with some other possible cars I am looking at so figured now is a good as time as any to get a feel for the market.

Thinking 25k but not sure on price yet.

  • 1978 Jeep CJ7 Golden Eagle quadratrac, 304, Hard and Soft top, rebuilt BW400 auto about 30 miles ago, rebuilt transfer case about 30 miles ago with an American Made chain not that crappy stretching Chinese crap both paid between $3k-3500 can't remember exactly but it is a reputable local trans shop in mohave valley. New 33” tires, I have wanted to restore this for the last 16 years but just have not had the time yet, started the process, did the trans and transfer case and was going to start on the entire interior but just don't have the time and will to start another project right now. Thinking 12k.

  • 1999 Isuzu Vehicross, 4x4 3.5litre 6cyl, Black with Black and Red recarro factory seats, 113k miles, 2 speed transfer case, new off road tires and nice rims, have factory rims and reservoir shocks. One of the funnest cars I have ever owned, great little 4x4, get stopped everywhere asking What is it? Thinking 11k obo.

  • 2022 Subaru Outback Premium, (wife’s car), 40k miles 80% mostly highway, original owner, blue, new goodyears, very clean 30-34+mpg on long trips at 75/80mph, has all the camera in lane steering auto crap that I hate. Carvana offer 27k, I am thinking 28-29k.

  • Was even thinking of selling my 2000 F350 7.3 crew cab dually 4x4, 135k miles, limited, new tires, shift kit, banks kit, snugtop, 5th wheel set up, air bags, runs excellent, wanted a gear drive for long higher mph trips but thinking of getting a 2017-2020 F350 10 speed with heavier towing and camper load capabilities for the VERY HEAVY camper we want. If I sold this it would be put up for 35k.

Crazy, if I sold all but the F350 it would barely pay for one of the cars I have on order, makes me think twice that is for sure but time for a change so lets see.
They all look immaculate! You sir have a stable of clean 4wd vehicles

Yes but older pic I gave it to a friend that was in dire need of a car for his family a while back. It was an interceptor, great reliable workhorse cars that for sure.

My Dad is in the final stages of a frame-off restoration of a 1978 Golden Eagle with the same drivetrain as yours. It has taken him three years so far. Finding certain items is difficult and expensive. Does yours have the Levi interior?

Yes on the Levi edition, and all but 2 buttons from last count. I was figuring 2 year max without painting it since I already did the trans and transfer case rebuilt but I am guessing my time frame is off. If you can get some pics of your dads I would really love to them. I had found a set of the original gold rims in perfect condition and even the entire interior including all the levi buttons and high back front seats to be part of my full restore but decided no way do I have the patience or the time for a full frame off restore.

My Dad did not do paint as he wants the original eagle and liked the patina. I'll try and get some pictures from him. He could not find the wheels, so he found the same style of wheel and had them powder coated and pinstriped. He was not willing to spring for the replacement back seat in the Levi finish, I'm not what he is doing about that, so I suggested a few options for him.

I guess I should BUMP this thread to make some room, looks like I may get my truck within the next 48 months lol. Have not had time to do crap and Ford contacted me today and said YOUR TRUCK will be here shortly. lol. Ordered it August 2022, I wrote them back and then someone called me, and now they said I may get a 2024 vs a 2023 because of the backlog...I wonder how backlogged they are going to be if GM strikes and Ford follows?

I know the cab/chassis I ordered from GM that was supposed to be here this fall has now been pushed to late 3rd/early 4th quarter of 2024. If they strike I bet it is 2025 before I get it and then it has to go to the upfitter.

Your Jeep is Very Sweet! My buddy had the same one but brown w/ a big eagle on the hood

Everything is there… swap out the transfer case to a Dana 300 w/ twin sticks and you have the ultimate set up…

wish I was in the market for another one! Price isn’t bad at all

Thank you, It has the original Eagle on the hood as well but just dirty and faded, except for the lift, tires and hard doors and top I wanted to keep it as original as I could if I keep it. I drove it for about 30 minutes earlier this week and heard a little squeaking in the drive, seems it may be a U-Joint, will get under it as soon as I have time and check it out. I am thinking 20+ year old U-joints need to be lubed if they have zerks or changed. Every time I look at it or drive it I say NOPE not gonna sell it but I may.

Decided now that I am retired I supposedly have more time to work on my toys...so I pulled the drive shafts last week and rebuilt them new Ujoints and Double Cardan bearing, drove it around 40 miles and no squeak from the drive shaft.... I've been thinking that i should start ordering more parts just to have projects to do on all the toys including the CJ, if it sells it sells if not then more fun projects hopefully.

Save your money😊 Your Dually with or without the gear vendor will do just fine anywhere, even pulling 10k+ like I do all the time. I can’t imagine a camper weighing more than my turd? My HOST weighs over 7k+ loaded, boat 10k+ run it to Powell 6-8 times a year for the last 10 years, not 1 prob w weight, engine or tranny. The truck is bagged, no gear vendor, just a Towmaster Trans and upgraded cooler. I have 88,000 miles on the truck now, never skips a beat. Mileage pulling 10.8 pulling any weight I’ve thrown at it. View attachment 1309430
Wet weight on the one we want is 6021 lbs, dry is 4800. This is the exact one we want if we don't get a MBVan for short trips or Pusher for longer. https://www.truckcampermagazine.com/camper-reviews/2017-eagle-cap-1200-review/

Maverick is here, other order is ready to confirm...have to move a few vehicles have no more room to park cars or toys.

1996 Ford OJ Bronco, White, 4x4, 1 ton Dana 60 up front, 1 ton 10.25 rear, all new drivetrain, 5 new 37” tires, 214k mile recent rebuilt 5.8, rebuilt trans, white with grey cloth interior, hitch, runs xlnt. Needs some finishing but I drive it locally almost every day. Would not hesitate to drive this any distance as it sits. Has a small exhaust leak and have new steel replacement headers just no time to R&R them, air is fixed.
