My BIL called and talked to everywhere and the cheapest deal he could find in CA was 2K over at Tustin Ford.

The only raptors I have heard of going for sticker are all way back east.

He's going to have to call dealers to find out if they'll sell at sticker (or less). In SoCal and surrounding areas it's not uncommon for dealers to ASK over sticker - yes, they still do it. But they're not going for over sticker except to people who don't know any better.

Suggest he goes to the Raptor forum: https://www.fordraptorforum.com/thr...deals-on-a-2018-raptor-right-now.64344/page-5 to do some research on where people are buying Raptors for sticker and BELOW (possible but likely only out of state).

If he buys from out of state (which is what I did) he'll want to be careful about which truck they buy. While they're all the same not all of the units shipped to states have the CA Smog compliant sticker which has caused people problems in the past (see the above forums for more info).

So I am either buying an S550 Mustang to add to the stable or getting rid of our current truck next year and buying a Raptor. Has anyone ordered one? I would like to order a plain white with no decal kits, no BS. Basically a stock truck except for the addition of the 4.10 front Torsen Axle. Do they do an order then try and add that BS "dealer adjustment?".

If you are looking for a 2018 you will find them at sticker or below.. if you are looking for a 2019 you already missed the boat the new shocks will bring a premium. You will need too look far back east. Even Texas did not have any deals. If you think you have a buddy with a deal it better be a really good buddy..
As far as Vegas ford they have been sold out months ago. You better get on a list.
Order it to your specs. Most on the lot will be fully loaded with the 802a and sunroof.. ohh and don’t forget the $2400 graphics package.. easy 10-12k in upgrades

When I purchased my fully loaded Raptor this time last year and compared it to replacing my 12' fully loaded Platinum with new, there was little difference.
"Other than" rolleyes I'd have gotten a better discount on the Plat.
But I'm old, my life clock is spinning like a tweaker ballet dancer and there's no F-in way I'm leaving it all to the kids or for my younger surviving wife to hire cabana boys, lol

One of my coworkers custom ordered an 18 last year and got it at sticker. Every option added except the stickers. He loves the truck overall, but it has been in the shop for over a month now with problems with the trans, and problem with cam phasers that are now backordered. He's pissed about driving a base model f150 as a loaner while his 80k truck sits in the shop, if it's there much longer he will start exploring lemon options.

Anybody that has "the biggest stock in the country" in the biggest Raptor market (OC) in the world is doing something wrong - like asking too high of a price. These trucks are still hot sellers - they sell themselves unless someone is greedy

I was at Raceway Ford in Riverside on Friday, they had a white Raptor with $4000 worth of crap I don’t want on it (twin panel sunroof, tech package, forged aluminum wheels), stickered at $73k plus a markup of $25k putting it at $98,000 for an friggen ½ ton pickup! They also had some F-150s with a Black Widow package which was just a lift with wheels, tires and embroidered seats for $85k! Who buys at these prices?

2013 has made a great daily driver. I have I think 140k on it no issues. 6.2 is great. I plan on keeping it. Could it get better mileage - yes. Still fun to drive, has a truck bed and suitable ride. I think I was 52 OTD - it was a long time ago. Very expensive for a pickup but at the same time they are lasting longer than they used to.
