I still owe but not long ago reached a point that I have more in investments than in debt. Fill out a complete financial statement sometime, I had a hell of a lot more worth than I would have guessed.

I am working on my second million,,,,,, I gave up on the first one, it was too hard.

we only have our house payment left but if things go according to the plan it will be paid off when im 50... which is only 4 years away. we bought the place 12 years ago with a 30 year fixed.. did one re-fi to get a lower rate and never touched the equity, even thought i have been very tempted at times.
