X2 Power Battery, good?

Anyone have experience with these? Are they good? How do they compare to the odyssey 2150?

I already ordered two since the sale ends today and batteries plus has free returns but just curious.

If you're looking for an odyssey clone, the sears Die Hard Group 31's were manufactured by odyssey for Sears. I'm not sure if that is still the case though with Sears about to go under.

That’s all the same I read. Same design, build specs, 99.9% pure lead and warranty as the odyssey but $200 cheaper. $250 cheaper with the sale and rebate.

The X2 Power is made by Northstar. They're awesome and identical to Odyssey inside, but cheaper and have 4 year warranty.

My boat came with a set of those courtesy of the previous owner. So far they are great but when they go I may not spend the coin for another set.

These things are beasts! Picked them up today, the are built and spec’d identically to the 2150’s I’ve had in the past. Save $100 per battery after the sale and rebate. That makes them $250 per battery cheaper than the 2150.

Can’t wait to install them and never worry about the stereo killing my batteries again.

Update...these batteries are awesome. Played music all day at 3 dunes on one battery and still had 12.7 volts at startup.

Hey Zach, Those are great batteries too. Northstar is same manufacturer as X2Power. Numbers look good, but unless your limited to size 24, I would spend couple extra bucks and go with 31AGM. They have about 25% more power.

The ones I bought at batteries plus are still on sale and still have the $30 mail in rebate so they will be about the same or cheaper than the one you posted on amazon. They are also group 31 not 24.
