bout 6 mo. ago... I had a member hit me up about my covered storage...said he needed a place to store his boat caause the place he was at sold and he had to move..... I told him I was selling the place but could let him store his boat short term... the place has a 18 x 40 building with a 50 x 100 fenced lot....after 2 mo. went by, I told him I was putting the place up for sale...and he would have to move his stuff out.... couple mo. go by and I told him I got the place sold and he needs to move his stuff by jan. 1st.....or it's gonna get towed away....I go there and he has the building and the whole lot packed with shit...he mother fuckers me and says I'll get my shit out....and fuc you.... click...round about jan 1st, still hasn't moved anything...soooooo. I'll be the nice guy and said.... the closing date got moved to feb 1st....and gave him the new owners number.....she wants 500 per mo. and has some one that wants to rent it....he says to her.... I can get a better place for only 325.... she says go get it..... but if you need more mon.,,,, I'll do 325.....he never responds to her so she called me and said she's not gonna sign escrow till all his stuff is gone..... what a mother fucker..... so now I have to call the tow company on the first and have all his abandoned removed..... I would have never let him fill the lot with all that junk, and for sure not for 250 a month....nice guy huh....
