yup! Loved the verbiage he used on his decision as well. Beyond amazing that theres still someone out there who understands the purpose of the constitution, doesn't try to bend it or interpret it to his will

this will likely get halted, the state will file a stay, just like they did on the regular capacity magazine ruling THIS SAME JUDGE overturned a few months back.

The stay on the high capacity magazine ban is still in effect. I have a weapon with a 13 round magazine on my CA issued CCW. The officer that approved it told me no problem. Today I got an email from my normal online ammo seller saying welcome back. Order away.

If you read the turn over says back ground checks have been overturned not the whole FFL.
But I did just get an email delivering to my door. So I stand corrected.

^^^ The only reason sales were shifted entirely to FFL's was the need for a BG check. As of right now anyone can sell, trade, gift ammo.

yup, such bs. It'll be tied up in court for another couple years until it gets passed to a more "liberal" judge and then a less than favorable judgement will be issued. Its the life of a CA gun owner. Your days are numbered.

These unconstitutional laws that restrict the 2A need to be settled by the SCOTUS. They need to step up and start hearing these cases. States should not be allowed to violate any American's Constitutional rights.

According to bite the bullet IG page as long as the order was placed before ruling was reversed it will still be shipped directly to you. Guess i will find out i placed an order with another company and havent gotten anything saying they are canceling it yet
