Hi All, here's a link to our house in Willow Valley, Its on the Tree side.

Once you learn the water this is the best part of the river above the Needles Bridge. Shallow area's keep the traffic to a minimum but your able to go down and up river when ever you like. Beaches up and down the river...so nice.
Can't beat the community. So many nice people on every street.
Just can't justify having it when we only visit 2-3 times per year at most the last 3 years.
Time for someone else to make some great memories! Summer time is just around the corner.

Association is approx $80/year which give you access to the gated marina and private community beach less than a mile away. :thumbup:

quick question about willow valley, is it possible to drive on the river south to havasu? How long of a boat ride would that be? I have been looking at buying a place down there i really like the willow valley community. Just curious. thanks.

We have been there two years now, marina is easy I just need to grow a pair.
We tow to Jack Smith it's a great ride from there about an hour ride to Havasu.

We are right around the corner from this place. Great location.

Willow is a great place we're going to miss it! as far as Havasu goes...Yes, oviously it depends on the Dam releases which I have never had a problem with boating from Feb to Oct. We used to do it all the time to meet friends that like the hot water in Havasu. We still go down to the Gourge when we are out. It takes about an hour plus if you are on it but we take our time now the scenery is beautiful. There are 2 large rock bars just south of Willow Valley but other than that your usually good all the way down. Once you follow some one down a couple times your golden as these do not shift like the mouth of Havasu. Coming back in the afternoon your always good just stay to the AZ side.:thumbsup
