I never could figure out why she decided to stay in the US. She holds French citizenship. France doesn't have extradition for French nationals, unless they recently changed. Why the hell she didn't stay in France is beyond me. I am sure that is one of the main reasons she wasn't granted bail. Just consider Polanski.
