Looks to be a boat built to have Canopys, but look where the gas caps and thorttles are? I think it is a 26ft with 6.2 V8 Mercury and not sure about the drive. Frank

The HIN number says it is a Hurricane Power Boats? I have seen Hurricane deck boats but this is another company, I am sure who every built this used someone else mold. Frank

It's a Warrior Cat. Tom built them after he sold Warlock. I think they have the Warlock bottoms with a different deck. I've seen a couple of 23's running around and one of my buddies has a 28'

This boat is a 2008, did any warriors have canopys? It just looks like it is missing them and I have no clue why someone would put the throttles up there? So I am thinking this has to me a 23ft since it has a 6.2 V8. Did Warriors ride good? Frank

Those would have to be some big ass canopies.

They never had Canopy's. That's just the way they look. That is a odd place for the throttles, all the one's I've seen have been down by the seat. I have the 23 Warlock and love it for the most part. If the water gets to big it gets a little short. I've been in the 28 at Mead on a windy day and that thing handles the big water great! It's a good boat if you can get over the way the deck looks.

Yep Warrior.Like Waterheater said it had no canopy,it was tooled to look like a canopy boat, and much earlier than the rest of the crowd going for that look.Tom was ahead of his time. For some reason I thought Aftershock had those molds?I guess not? There was by the way a 28' version also.

Definitely a warrior. Tom Stolarz originally owned the molds. They had three versions. A 23, 28, and 37. From what I recall, the molds were either sold or leased to Aftershock about 6 months prior to Aftershock closing their doors. I did get to drive/ride in a 28 and that boat was VERY impressive. Had twin n/a small blocks in it with around 600h.p. each. It moved very well. It also handled the big water. The only problem with the boats is that I am not a fan of the deck. Other than that, they are great boats.

IS A 23.If I remember right the 28 had a drop in liner w/ seat bases etc.

And the 37 is news to me,but I don't doubt it at all.

PowercatDon here on the boards has a 23,he says he likes it alot.

It looks to me like a 23. As for the 37, from memory they only built 2. The pleasure version weighed in at somwhere around 13,000lbs. It ran almost 120 with two 700h.p. motors and #5 drives. I also remember that it has both a porcelain toilet and a fridge up under the deck. Thats not too bad for a big heavy pig.

I also believe that they built a 37 for a goverment contract. I heard that it was supposed to survive being dropped out of a helicopter 100' off of the water.

That is a 23' WPM, NOT built by Hawaiian. Alex @ aftershock did the lay up for me (thru WPM). I gave him (Alex) a picture of a (red) 28' that was @ Tom's shop. They (somehow) got the colors and graphics wrong. They redid a 23' in red but totally screwed up the graphics.
There is way more to the story but that's for another day.

Last I heard the 37' the original owner still has it and it's just sitting.

You gotta remember, that was designed in the early 90's. That was inline with most everything else (at that time).

Hopefully it got put out of its misery...those things are hideous.

From what I remember, it ran like a raped ape. Deck would need to be re-tooled, but hull worked.

There is a cig in the harbor that has a similar pod thing on the deck. its supposed to be a stealth bomber theme. everytime I go past it I wonder why they did that. its like putting one of those huge wings and some fart can exhaust on a ferrari.

If i remember correctly, I'm pretty sure tom was installing a big heavy air conditioner system in one of the two 37's that were built?

Also I seem to remember he had something going on with some kind of government contract as well back then and that could have been the air conditioning boat that I'm thinking about. :hmm

Also keep in mind that one of the 23's went missing back in 08?;)

We have those molds, the bottom of the 37' went to AZ to be re-tooled, not that interested in chasing it down though. The 23' was called the Aftershock "Intimidater", not sure how many were made...I have been in the Warlock version (23') and seemed to run pretty good. so.... looking into the feasibility of re-tooling the top deck and making it a smaller deck boat.... some day!
