Long time Stub Hub customer here. Buying and selling. Their fees are becoming excessive (e.g., 18% markup on my stated price and 10% haircut on payment to me). They crossed the line when they outsourced customer service to Bangalore.
Their customer service used to be stellar. Knowledgeable, English first language speaker here in the US. No more. The MBAs took over and ruined the whole deal. Fuck them. Who are you using?
