Who are you using for ticket sales? SH, SG, TM??

Long time Stub Hub customer here. Buying and selling. Their fees are becoming excessive (e.g., 18% markup on my stated price and 10% haircut on payment to me). They crossed the line when they outsourced customer service to Bangalore.

Their customer service used to be stellar. Knowledgeable, English first language speaker here in the US. No more. The MBAs took over and ruined the whole deal. Fuck them. Who are you using?

I've used TM exclusively for the few events I've attended since we moved east with no issues. As far as fees I don't know comparisons. I do like how their app works flawlessly with electronic tickets etc.

Tm I think is a trustworthy source that’s why I use them. However I do find Ticketmaster cheaper than any of the other 3rd party companies even with online offers or coupons. Never sold only purchased

Ticket master still owes me two $400 tickets from the covid times. 3rd row center.

Stub Hub customer service is awful. I've had two events where the tickets arrived late. SH would not refund my money. I eventually disputed the charges with Amex and they credited my account
