What’s that guy got under the hatch? We were doing 60 and got passed like it was nothing coming back from topock.

In other news the water is freaking cold. Last trip for us.

No it is an HTM. It is freakin fast. I forgot what it did at Desert Storm in the shootout. It was a lot.

Teague 1300 according to Instagram.

He looked like he was having trouble with the boat Saturday morning. He was floating in Thompson Bay with the hatch up after revving it out a few times.

I believe at DS he did 137? That thing is one of the most wicked sounding motors out there. I think the last go around it was up around 1500hp:eek: It's a runnin' SOB.

Oh, and last year he was the guy another guy was pissed at for making passes in Parker...I'm more the type drooling as it flies by;)

That HTM is fast as shit he came out of the no wake from topock going to pirates like a bat out of hell beating everything to pirates during monster storm, certainly impressive

No outboard will touch it. Line them up... boat runs on rails at 140 solid as can be...

So what is the fastest recorded HTM speed? I recall Steve was promoting 143 back in the day in (don't recall if it was in the SR or SS). Anyone top that? Seems like White Lighting will see that soon if he hasn't already

@WhiteLightningHTM your setup is definitely dialed, that thing runs on rails. I hope to be down for desert Storm 2020, are you going to run it in the shootout again?

143.6 was done by Steve in 2000 on race gas nobody with an Htm
Has beat that. I’m trying to see what mines got on pump before I bump it up

It’s an 8.3L Whipple I have lots of room. It’s making 12lbs of boost on 91 making 1300 very conservatively. 110 with 15-16lbs of boost and timing it’ll make around 1600hp the blower will make 25lbs if I want on e85. The setup now has plenty of power only thing holding it back is prop slip and my choice of props. The boat is setup for acceleration not top end what so ever.

Had it apart in July for a broken shim in the clutch after 20 or 30 hrs on it and everything looked like new still no wear what so ever. The boat is really light and gets on plane easily I’m sure that helps... I’ll open it up this winter and check it out again.

Wow, I would have thought you were pushing more boost.
Your boat has a distinct exhaust note. I've seen your boat more in "Play Mode" actually, the last time was at the HTM shindig at Pirate's. You were playing cat and mouse with a DCB I believe.

Ohh ya I was just playing with him that’s a 100mph boat it’s a buddy of mine he’s on here @nailit . Nope it’s set very conservatively first what it is.
