Yep, got tired of sitting in traffic in Victorville and took an alternative until traffic cleared up. Grandkids enjoyed it and gave us time to have a cooled one.

Lost lake! And I’ve got a story from the first time I was ever there.

Came across Lost Lake 20 or so years ago while riding dual sport bikes with a buddy in the area. Didnt know it was even there and was obviously suprised to find it given the area around it.

Were sitting on the waters edge eating a snack and we’re watching this lone dog run up and down the shore incessantly barking at the water.

15 minutes or so go buy and a dude comes up out of the lake water in FULL SCUBA GEAR.

It’s his dog, he’d only been underwater a short while before we got there - and of course we’ve got questions! Apparently the lake has underwater caverns in it and this dude was exploring them.

Scuba diving in the San Bernardino mountains - Crazy.
