… All sugar is bad for you... turns into alcohol in your blood👎

lol no.

Its the difference between glucose (sugar) and fructose (HFCS). Sugar is easier to process by the body, HFCS has to go through the liver, IIRC.

Correct, Sugar (sucrose) is Glucose and Fructose. HFCS is just fructose, your liver has to process fructose, while glucose is processed directly with insulin in the bloodstream.

If people ate less of ALL carbs but yes most importantly sugar, our healthcare would cost considerably less in this country!

Some say turn the food pyramid upside down and you'll be better off.

I'm Type 1 Diabetic and it astonishes me what Type 2's continue to put in their system, they're just killing themselves.

I love sugar. Ice Cream, Chocolate, Pizza (yes, carbs are sugar) Sourdough bread (see pizza) Beer (see pizza)

But ultra low carb, as in Keto? I'm more "diet curious" than anything, my blood tests come back "pre diabetic" most of the time.

The Dr. says "don't worry about it, your not fat"

Watch some "Dr Boz" on YouTube for her take on it .

Sugar bad, but it's so good!

Follow Dr. Casey Means. She's done a ton of research in this arena. I recently read her book "Good Energy" also.
