What's on the menu for LIX...

My family is geared towards gatherings and we are getting together at my home for the SB. Main course is an Azteca Fiesta platter, followed with home made chicken wings, meatballs, salads, Spanish rice and my sister is committed to making Birria beef tacos.

What are you planning to make for this Sunday? Recipes would be much appreciated

I'm enjoying trying this guys stuff. Its all good so far.

Yeah not really game type finger foods but I don't like grazing. Just eat a meal and watch. At least the food is good even if the game isn't.

Habanero Santa Maria wings. Been working on a new version of Santa Maria with a kick and think I’ve dialed it in. 275F on the big green egg with red oak chunks for an hour or so….

The Santa Maria is that a sauce or just a rub?

It’s a basic seasoning with salt, pepper, and some garlic etc. works with everything especially tri tip. All brands. Some subtle differences.
