That guy should not have had visitation rights of any sort. Sad ending to a screwed up person. Sounds like his old man who's still in custody is responsible for making his son into the terror he became......

Child welfare has a tough job, but this whole deal had visible flags all over it including a missing mother. The kids damned sure didn't deserve their fate.
