What size is this Indmar motor?

My son just picked up this 2006 Eliminator Eagle 21XP Jet drive. Can anyone tell me what size motor this is and possible hp?

I would think a 502. Not sure about hp though..

It looks like a 7.4 looks like factory high rise aluminum intake so probably 365 horses

Could be 502 if you can get to the side of the block it will have 8.2 cast in it down by the motor mounts

Thanks for the input...I’ll try to get a serial number off the block next weekend. That might give us a little more info. Here’s a pic of the boat...super clean and only 77 hours.

Who ever spent the money on that new would have put in a 502.

7.4 would not make sense on that heavy of a hull with jet-drive.
They rated those motors at 375 or 425.

Also try checking the port side oil pan for any Indmar stickers as that is one area where they put engine type info as well.

Looks like a fun ride. If that Indmar and the jet drive are sorted out properly, it'll run every day of the summer with no problems.
