What is the best breakfast on Parker?

This Saturday I have to get some work done on the Hallett at Eddies Marine. I'm dropping it off at 8 am so, I thought I would grab some breakfast on the Strip. Where do you guys recommend? Thanks.

Coffee Erns (sp.) is alright, just a dive trucker cafe type of atmosphere. I've eaten there five or six times. Definitely a throwback to the late 70's or early 80's.

I like the Early Bird. The portions are always on point but it's a dive too.

I've been to Crossroads a dozen times and it's always predictable. Good but nothing that impresses me. I usually skip it just because it's so busy. It's in a prime location to capture the business.

I really like Crossroads. That has been our go to on the way home, when leaving early on a Monday morning from Havasu.

If you are looking for ON PARKER then it will depend on what time you are eating at. If it is before 10am, then Roadrunner because Foxes is closed. ****Edit....didn't see that you are going on Saturday. Foxes might be open. It was closed on a Monday when we came back through at 9am.

Roadrunner stepped up their game Big time after Pirates opened. And both the food and service at Pirates suck azz.

Crossroads is always good. Hard to beat the feeling of having breakfast on the water at Roadrunner though. :thumbsup

Personally i think Foxes has better food than RR, but have also heard RR has gotten better, their lunch certainly has. Hard to get a good cup of Joe either place

Never been to the Springs for Breakfast but I would assume its pretty good, just not Parker

Bfast at foxes is my go to place.

Church is what we call it. Have not be bfast at RR in over a year . Maybe have to try it again. Umm nah.

Foxes is on the water bfast place for me.

Never had a bad burrito at rupertos or a badmeal at cross roads for the driving side in Parker [emoji106] [emoji202]

Always stop at Ruperto's on the way out of town. Food is great. We call ahead and food is always ready. They are open 24 hours.
Nothing is better than breakfast on the river, however!

Haven't ate breakfast at Crossroads but had dinner there a few times in the last couple months and it's average. I do remember ordering a burger one of those times and it was pretty good. Fish and Taco salad were meh.

Stayed at buckskin over the weekend and the breakfast was outstanding. the pizzas and wings were also great at night on the beach. The water was alittle crazy for traffic.

Crossroads is really good, or really average. I think they have a hard time retaining good staff, same owners and same thing at Bobby D's, really good food but they aren't open when they don't have staff.

its that or the fact im at the river and make them taste good...

i think they get the eggs from a local farmer around there..

I heard sun dance is going to be serving breakfast from now on for like 5 bucks or something.
any time you can waft the smell of cooking bacon about there is an excellent chance I will circle back and strike.
