Is that wrecked?
My liver.
Me too.
Too much of Foxs Thursday night. I was running at 50% the rest of the weekend. Too old to keep doing this :grumble:
I say that after every weekend at the river.....
But magically, the battery gets recharged and we do it again anyways!
I dropped my cel phone on the concrete while I was standing on the bow of Ziggy's boat. It shattered the screen, rendering it useless, except to completely drive me insane with the consistent alerts and notifications coming through that I couldn't get The new phone gets delivered today. So far, my first experience with SquareTrade insurance has been stellar.
One would believe a 50 something had learned too[emoji30]At 45, you think I would learn...
HeadshotHills. It quit and sank with 50% battery showing.I saw a drone flying around for a few mins at the Raft Up... then it was gone.

Busted out the chunks that were welded back on last year.... [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35]

In a rush to get out of the water and off the ramp in the rain after the shootout was called on Sat, I forgot to trailer my outdrive and drug the skag halfway up the ramp while everyone was yelling at me. :face palm: I was THAT guy. What a fawking noob. Had an awesome weekend otherwise despite the rain and the noob move on the launch.
I have done that a couple times. Don't feel bad.......I wrote TRIM on my bow strap so we never forget. In a rush to get out of the water and off the ramp in the rain after the shootout was called on Sat, I forgot to trailer my outdrive and drug the skag halfway up the ramp while everyone was yelling at me. :face palm: I was THAT guy. "I swear, if this hangover goes away, I'll never drink again"
I've said that more times than I can remember.
I have been saying this since Friday morning. I understand admitting I have a problem is step 1.

Denial is step 1.
Lots of water at night...if that doesn't work start with a mimosa and repeat until said hangover has been pushed off until tomorrow...repeat for as many days as necessary!
This was fun. [emoji1]

So is step 2 for most[emoji23]Denial is step 1.
Did that once.....new mental checklist created. Wife drives boat on trailer so we got in the habit of making sure drive was straight and up before I get into truck. In a rush to get out of the water and off the ramp in the rain after the shootout was called on Sat, I forgot to trailer my outdrive and drug the skag halfway up the ramp while everyone was yelling at me. :face palm: I was THAT guy. Washed and waxed the boat and checked it out thoroughly, no damage to report.
Only damage really is the inside of my thigh that I clipped on a dock cleat at Windsor.

I wasn't at Desert Storm, but this is me replacing a collapsed lifter last weekend. Lucky me, this particular cylinder you can pull the lifters through the head. Big thanks to Teague for getting me the parts real quick, awesome customer service as always, during DS week nonetheless.
who decided that a 20x20 garage was an adequate size..?

Here you can see down through the head into the lifter valley.

All out back together, fresh powder coat on the valve covers because saltwater and polish don't get along. Good as new, ready to go out again! Hope you guys had fun, I surely missed it!
