I bought my living room TV back went halves with the kid on a gaming computer. I also bought a happy wife I hope. Can't be worse than the vacuum I bought her last year

Technically for my son, but came across a deal on a Miller wire feed and my wife got a brand new Lincoln machine from one of her clients. Essentially I got myself an in house welder.

I’ve only cooked on it a couple of times, but I love it so far. Way easier than my old wood chip Amazon smoker. The grate that opens up above the fire and lets you sear or BBQ as normal is nice too.

Been down this road with several different partners in life, they all came to the same conclusion that I am difficult to buy for. If I really want something I buy it when I want it. I don't think it's fair to expect a spouse to buy something for a person that does their home work and is very particular on what they want and that is me.

That being said, my Christmas gift this year is a Weber Griddle! It's been sitting in the garage for a couple of weeks and I have been twitching every night to set it up and make breakfast and or everything on it..

I really wanted to 5.9 Cummins it but the weight… these k5’s are small

… I have no clue what a 5.9 Cummins weighs… But since I have a 12 valve in my dodge ram, I can sort of envision what that would be like in a K5 blazer… As I had one for 20 years up at my lake Oroville place… it might be a little light in the ass end , but man that would that be fun.,. my K5 always felt a little light in the front end… I’m wondering if the added weight in the front might be your friend…
