What’s it worth?

An old old pontoon with no interior and a small Johnson?
And flooring.
The deck was replaced a couple years ago but sat in the Nevada sun.
I’d imagine at least a fuel system flush
Receipted for engine work inside the last few years and sat.

What’s a realistic number on a project boat like this?

I would guess $6k in todays market. Throw in some plastic chairs, cooler and a fishing pole and you are river ready.

Friend had 1 rotting away in storage at Echo. Told him to donate it to us and we would make a tiki bar boat. Way worse than this one. He listed it and sold quickly for 5k. Surprised me.

My inlaw just sold his "rental". 90hp merc, toons that had been welded multiple times...fenders never used...carpet trashed but most of seats intact. He got around 11k for it two weeks ago

I was going to say a dollar to tow it away...but yikes! Seems like it's worth a few bucks at least if you are willing to put some effort in to repairs.

$3000 seems cheap, I think as a project boat goes, it would be pretty simple. My neighbors have one parked next door. They also own 7 jetskis. They put in new flooring and seats, but are waiting on gauges they say. Then they will take it out to Yuma.
