That’s focked up. Those parcels are huge and you can hide whatever you want. I’ve ran into areas where there are some many cars it looks like a junkyard. Usually accompanied by several old 5th wheels. Signs of deadly force too.

I don't know how they do it. A lot of the cat material goes to NY, and apparently there is a big cat replacement manufacturer in Canada. They somehow reuse the precious metals. That's why the giant ones off of Excursions and trucks are worth money, more of a chance of usable materials. Same with Prius, and any other PZEV cars, as the engines aren't running the entire time...less cat usage.
