I replaced the "suspension rods" on our washing machine today because it kept going into "unbalanced" and loads would take forever. Followed a youtube video, bought new rods, and they advised to use "damping grease" to stop it from bouncing... sure thing. Bought that stuff too. Slapped it onto the rods, put em in... no problem. 1 hour tops. Machine works perfectly now. Looks like 1 spring plastic piece had broke...

But I cant get this stuff off my hands... dawn soap, gasoline, acetone, iso alcohol, goo gone... nothing. Its basically like the iron man of fluids. Everything I touch it then spreads to that as well. I got this shit on door handles, my keyboard just now as I type, my desk. Its horrible. WTF do I do?

When all the good shit doesn't work....I try water. When that doesn't work, I go read the TDS on the manufacturer website

Have you tried motor oil?
Worked with billion mile chassis oil and grease.

Have you tried a good industrial hand soap with pumice? That stuff takes off antisieze, might work on this grease. Basically removing a layer of skin but done is done.

WD-40. Done.

Then wash the WD away with regular dawn dish soap.

Lacquer Thinner is my universal solvent.

I grew up the son of a paint contractor so it’s always been the go to when other things don’t work, but don’t put it on your butthole😳, when I was a kid I sat on the back of paint trucks all the time. You only need to learn once which 5 gallon cans not to sit on in case there is some spillage on the top (lacquer thinner and naptha).

This works really well w/oil based paints too. Water based, not as much.

Water based you can usually just regular old soap and warm water.

WD-40 is the only thing that will clean Henry's Wet Patch tar. If you have ever used that stuff it makes anti sieze look like childs play.

Acetone, Laquer Thinner, Mineral Spirits, gasoline, nothing will touch that stuff.... But WD-40 breaks it down so fast and so quick it makes you scratch your head.

WD-40 also works AWESOME as a vinyl upholstery cleaner.

I had a service manager freak out when I used the WD-40 to clean a smudge off of a customer's upholstery. :D
