An amazing view of the Colorado River below the Glen Canyon Dam. Located just 2 miles before entering Page, AZ off highway 89 from the south. It is an easy hike, nice parking lot with small entrance fee, maintained trails and bathrooms.

I remember when you had to drive up and down the highway a few times before spotting a landmark on where to park on the side of the road that indicated where the trail was. It was easier to find if someone was already parked on the side of the road. This was still the case in the early 2000's. There was absolutely nothing other than a foot trail to the area. No signs, no fees, no handrails.

We went a few years back with Covid in full blown mode. They were not manning the booth so we got a freebie!!!! Then we were up in Paige last year. There is so much to see in that part of the country.
