His Learjet crashed in Scottsdale and one was confirmed dead, 2 in serious condition, and one person refused treatment. The left landing gear collapsed on landing and the Jet skidded down the runway and through a ditch hitting the "Only" object in the area another Business Jet. There is no word if he was on board.
