Are they offensive to you?

Well here In LHC they are going to become illegal. A legitimate business wishes to advertise,and the City says NO,although Hobby Lobby is moving into the "OLD" Walmart building and they are giving them Tax Incentives and other freebies. I would be upset If I was a Tax Paying Business here doing nothing but advertising and trying to generate revenue to pay my bills.:swear

They Are eveywhere Sprint,Open,Etc. Out on the highway to generate business. Sorry to confuse.

Ok, you're talking about the portable banners stores put up along the road side. I'm pretty sure temporary signs are illegal without a permit. Its rarely enforced however.

Just a portion and going to lease out at least one other part,that's a big building for one business other than than a Walmart sized company.

The Verticle Banners were always illegal, they are just going to enforce it now, which is fine by me they look like shit. Also it is normal practice for ANY city to give tax incentives for new businesses to come to their town, thats nothing new. Been going on longer than we been alive.
