Looking for a place near Longbeach area that could do some welding on some old M/T valve covers closing up some holes. Thanks for any responses. Zach
Those are going to be tricky for a couple of reasons. For one thing they are cast aluminum which doesn't weld real well and the other thing is that they probably have been run on an engine (meaning that they are contaminated). You're going to need to take them to someone that knows what their doing or you're going to end up with two piles of aluminum. I would recommend Dan's Certified Welding in Downey.Looking for a place near Longbeach area that could do some welding on some old M/T valve covers closing up some holes. Thanks for any responses. Thanks. I'll be in touchBring them to the shop and we'll take a look. We do this all the time, swapping tops to make something that never was, usually.

Other thing is, I have a few sets of those here, I can take a look at their condition, might save you some money.I have these, they need some welding done as well where someone put breathers on them.
I don't need these, I just figured I would post them up, maybe they were in better shape than what you had, but you have a Ford. I was just trying to keep the inmates in mind, if anyone needs them hit me up, they're yours.Other thing is, I have a few sets of those here, I can take a look at their condition, might save you some money.
