I will agree he was acting like a bit of an ass. However Cop went completely overboard. I Think good cops understand when force is necessary and when to de-escalate a situation. Not sure the force was required in this situation. Was he some sort of threat? Was it necessary to put his knee in his back on the ground even though he was already in cuffs? Seems to me they could have just cited the guy and let him go on about his day. Seems testosterone and ego got involved and made a situation much worse than it actually needed to be.

They were both deep in the wrong imho.

NOBODY tells a cop what to do and ends up a winner. Hill went there first.

They both took it up a notch when it was not needed.

Roll down the window, say good morning officer, take the lecture / ticket and move on with your day.... or this.

Reminds me of the U of Miami team of the 2000’s. They all now have criminal records. Some worse than others. Must be a Florida thing 🤣

Cops were out of control....but the window thing may have sparked sparky... that said, ripping him of the car when all he did was roll up window, he had already opened the door they could see he had nothing in his hands he was not a threat. However, listen to what they are saying..."its not what you say, it what we say"...."too late"... same way you would expect Hill to act accordingly I would expect LEO's to act professionally; clearly they were triggered and had no restraint.......How many white dudes in Newport Beach getting pulled from a Ferrari and put face down with a knee in their back... none that I can count....Definitely something wrong there...

His voice reminds me of this guy 🤣

This is just another gleaming example of an entitled piece of shit who thinks he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, simply because he is a pro athlete. Fuck him. 🖕

Florida cops don't play around that's for damn sure! 💪👍

The two cops were dicks. Obviously him putting the window up was a mistake. After that though it was a cock off. They handcuffed Calais Campbell too. Come on. The one cop is suspended. I guess they didn’t understand that their job is to get those players inside the gate so the 70,000 people that paid to see a game get to watch one. De-escalate the situation. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Totally driving while black cop stop. He did nothing wrong on the initial stop. They have 10 motor cops lined up to control traffic and get spectators into the stadium and they stop the star player? Total bullshit. Obviously the Miami PD has no loyalty to their team.

He "Did nothing wrong on the initial stop?"

Child please. 🙄

Reckless driving, excessive speed, unsafe lane change, failure to signal prior to changing lanes, window tint, failure to wear seatbelt......

What more would you like to see in order to change your opinion on whether or not he "Did anything wrong?"

I got the sense at least a couple of the LEO were more soccer or baseball lovers than football fans.....just a guess...🇨🇺

"don't knock on my window like that" and then rolling window up on the cop seems like kinda asking for it! Love how these guys are shocked that the cops react like they do. Act like a douche, get treated like one!

How do you get to “driving while black cop stop”?

This dip wad was obviously speeding and you can’t tell if the driver is Black, white, purple or orange.

Why did he only get 2 tickets then. Speeding and seatbelt?

I don't know I wasn't there. I'm just responding to what Mr. Bajamike said about TH "Did nothing wrong on the initial stop." Well, it looks like he did everything wrong from the video that's posted. 🤷

When I get caught for speeding, I don't get treated like that. something is messed up. the police seem a little aggressive.
Did you notice where the car was before the motorcycle turned around and where it was on pursuit?

Tyreek was driving like he was running a route. Started from the back and went through eight cars before being pulled over. He must’ve hit the gas after he saw the police. That’s not a normal speeding ticket.

How many times does he say , 'Don't knock on my window like that' ? . . . I counted 7 times
1, maybe 2 times and you've made your point . . . 7 times is being stupid.
Rolling the window (tinted) back up . . . stupid move, and an easy way to get a gun drawn on your ass . . . or even shot.
Then rolling it back down after multiple taps and saying, 'Don't tell me what to do' . . . . welp, there you go, . . . game on for the cops. (right or wrong)

"Take me to jail, do what you gotta do bruh" . . . . douche-speak spewing fourth.
"Ya'll beating on my window like you crazy" . . . more of the same.

About the other dude(s) . . . . why do you have to tell the guy to back up like 15 times and he only moves a few inches back each time????

The guy on the cell phone being told to leave . . but . . . 'Shocking' he won't, even after being told a dozen times as well as asking for his license.

Soooo ok . . . I'll bite . . . let's say for a minute that these cops suck at their jobs, especially in these type of situations.
Guess what . . . they wouldn't have sucked (as much) at their jobs if the the fucktards would've done what they were told maybe the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time.

I wonder what it is they are actually trying to achieve by being so stubborn, defiant, and non-compliant.
Do they actually think a cop is gonna say, "oh, I'm sorry I tapped on your window that way, be on your way and I apologize for the inconvenience" .

Then holding your phone the whole time taking video . . . that's not gonna change how ANY cop acts at that point . . . too late.

I saw an interview video of Tyreek afterwards claiming his momma taught him to be respectable to all cops etc . . . . what a donkey.

Entitlement..

Hill (I think it was him…?) said he wants (wants, not wanted) to be a state trooper 🤷🏻‍♂️

I would have (and do) handled that far differently, but the sense of entitlement for being the star player, is massive.

Do you ever run across those people that only roll down their window enough to talk with you and ask for your badge number. Then ask for your Sargent to come to the scene. Ive seen some videos about them.

IMHO
There is a major difference between a traffic stop and a felony stop..

This was a traffic stop… from what I could see. Because if it was a felony stop, he would have gone straight to jail.

If it was a traffic stop then

Hill did what he was required to do by law, rolled down his window and gave license and registration. Then he rolled his window back up.
That is legal… There is no law that states he must keep his window down. By law, he has to give the office license and registration. He doesnt not have one legal obligation to say one word or keep the window down.

The fact he stated several times the office was banging on his window, and the officer obviously needs training on DE ESCALATION… X 100.. He has a point with rolling that window up. Most jurys will see it that way if it goes that far.

Cops dont like, but their is not a damn thing they can LEGALLY do about it, about a window being up during a traffic stop. There lots stuff on this regarding DUI Checkpoints all over youtube.

I doubt the cops will get fired, but they will get severely calibrated over this.

Those cops over reacted, escalated a situation, that will have negative results for their overall career.

Now,
If it was a true felony stop…
Everything above goes out the window…
Thats what the Union is gonna try to state…. When they do, then why was he released and not taken to jail… FELONY…
That does Not add up at all.

You need to watch… Youtube, search “Cop Watching”, There are people out there who do nothing but film police, and sue the shit out them the moment their civil rights are violated. Its literally their entire career/income. You will be surprised at their win record.

One guy just won a judgement on 1st Amendemnt for literally holding a sign stating “God Bless the Vets”…
Period… thats all he does… When the cops hassle him over free speech… he gets em. Cops are trying to prevent homeless from doing this for $$$…. This guy is smart, he never asks for money…. Just literally makes the cops dig there own grave.

Uhhhh, just roll the fucking window down dumbass, you've been pulled over by a Police Officer & now there's a process. Actions have consequences.

Anybody who thinks he was in the right obviously has no respect for the law. Just sayin'. Oh & Don't be knockin' my window like dat. LOL, Dumbass.

Yep.

Except my Sgt isn’t coming.. you either sign the ticket or go forthwith to a judge and I impound your car. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Wanna play fuck fuck games..? Fine, but consider me Milton Bradley. 🤓
