So going threw my 400 while the engine is out. Nothing wrong with it but the engine is getting repowered so I figured I should check it out???
Looks ALL stock!! Reverse valve body parking lock deleted Borg Warner fibers? 895 pump housing
Looking for some advice on the build ?
The set up. Vector v-drive c500 1.29 gear 3 blade stainless prop. 532cid 10psi pump gas
Are there any areas the need to be beefed up I know these are strong tranny’s but in a boat what should be done??
My main area I’m concentrating on is 3rd. I’m thinking of beefing up the intermediate clutch pack from 3 to 4 disc a schismatic I’ve seen shows that locked in 3rd
Any help is greatly appreciate
