TRS drive parts

Ran across a really cool time capsule, an original 21 schiada with a TRS drive. My concern is parts for the drive and just how available they are. Any input?

Just rebuilt my trs drive. Internals are getting really hard to find. I was lucky to find a lower gear set. But it's a workhorse, everything is beefy on them. I have over 600 hp to it and it hasn't been an issue. A few places in Florida bought a lot of the new old stock and still have some parts.

We get very few through my shop these days but for anything more than a reseal, we send them to TNT Marine in Florida. All service parts for the transom assembly are still available as well

If it's a good drive I wouldn't worry too much about it because theyre way overbuilt. The weak link in a TRS system is the velvet drive in the middle which parts are super abundant for as well as affordable rebuilt units all over the net.

Its a wimpy 265hp small block with loooow hours. I dont plan on putting any hp to it. Im just thinking it would be a fun little river cruiser for cheap

I believe Konrad makes a TRS replacement drive called the 540?

I believe stellings makes a standoff box that goes from TRS transom to bravo gimble.

That konrad 540 is one hell of a drive! Seems fair at $8500, what is the price of a new bravo assembly?
