Ha. yeah it was cool when we moved in and told friends we had a 1/4 mile driveway. Then we had to repave it and it wasnt so cool anymore :)
That’s no joke. I wouldn’t want to put driveway re-sealer on it, by that i mean black paint.. A full re-pave. Ouch.
Still looks pretty bad ass.

If you can save the skeleton, they're worth a good deal of money. There was a store in Cave Creek a few years back selling some a 1/4 of that size for 3K I believe it was.

I wonder how much that thing weighs right now. Any guess?

Couldnt you just clear the one portion out on your driveway and leave the rest where it is? Think of it as a retaining wall...lol.

After it dries out then maybe do something with it?

I’m guessing in the 3-4 ton range based on info I got. LOL the dump trailer from depot capacity is 4,400 so I'm going to find out :)

It takes a good year to dry out to a skeleton and in the mean time they oooze black syrup like a massive rotting pumpkin. If it had fallen on the property I would have left it as I’ve had other giants drop in the past.

From the above link - the government hard at work...

Anyone interested in harvesting saguaro, a federally protected species, from public lands should contact their local Bureau of Land Management and check the specific laws pertaining to their region.

In Arizona for example, saguaro ribs that are down and dead can be harvested only for personal use. The annual amount is limited to what a person can manually carry to the vehicle in one load.

Serious question, any way you could section it up and just roll it across the road into the down side of that driveway? Might save you a ton of lifting and driving.
