Trailer repair and insurance question

My friend was parking the trailer yesterday and clipped a truck that was illegally parked at Windsor. She had the rangers take a report. They said it was his fault because of his parking. They were also possibly going to ticket him. Should I contact his insurance company to fix my trailer? I also need a referral for trailer repair in Havasu. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

Kinda hard to believe that a moving vehicle hitting a parked vehicle (legal or otherwise) could be the parked vehicle's fault. Your driver ran into a stationary vehicle. Seems to me that the moving vehicle would be at fault.

Oh, and you're missing one of the little white plugs at the end of a lug nut....

There was a similar incident years past, the fault resided with the illegally parked vehicle. At the time, it didn't matter whether parked or not. This was in CA if it matters.

A friends car got hit on the street the ass end of his car was in the red (rear wheels back) Somebody came around the corner and clipped his car. He ended up with a ticket for parking in the red and was at fault for the accident.

I was going to have Enduro to some work on my trailer but they are a 2 week wait and they do good work at Endouro too but couldn't wait that long , so went to Adrenaline Trailers talked to Frank done the same day in and out great work.
