My friend was parking the trailer yesterday and clipped a truck that was illegally parked at Windsor. She had the rangers take a report. They said it was his fault because of his parking. They were also possibly going to ticket him. Should I contact his insurance company to fix my trailer? I also need a referral for trailer repair in Havasu. Thanks for any help you guys can provide. image.jpg

Kinda hard to believe that a moving vehicle hitting a parked vehicle (legal or otherwise) could be the parked vehicle's fault. Your driver ran into a stationary vehicle. Seems to me that the moving vehicle would be at fault.

Oh, and you're missing one of the little white plugs at the end of a lug nut....

Good luck with repairs and collecting.

That's sucks. I kinda think you're gonna have a hard time winning that one since you hit them illegally parked or not. Good luck though. Hope it works out.

There was a similar incident years past, the fault resided with the illegally parked vehicle. At the time, it didn't matter whether parked or not. This was in CA if it matters.

A friends car got hit on the street the ass end of his car was in the red (rear wheels back) Somebody came around the corner and clipped his car. He ended up with a ticket for parking in the red and was at fault for the accident.

Haha, yeah I felt really bad for her. She was shaking when she told me what happened. She thought I was going to kill her.

Adrenaline trailers did mine. Great work, everything color matched, fast, and inexpensive compared to others.
