My 88 Mustang GT with SSP engine upgrades
My 96 Camaro Z28 SS police interceptor

Both cars were purchased from my father. The 88 Mustang proved to be the wrong car for a HS student. After to many speed and drag racing tickets, my dad made me trade the car back to him for a 86 BMW 528e. The 96 was purchased from my dad when he relocated from AZ back to IL in 98.

Super Sport Z28 don’t exist

My Yamaha WaveBlaster (mine is the purple one). Once I learned my balance on it, it was the most fun I had on the water.

And then to tow, my RCSB. 😢

I just sold my red 94 rcsb, I also used to have a purple wave blaster, had the tunable factory pipe, ride plate, a low end impeller, milled head, and a big single carb no oil injection. Once I figured out the balance that machine it was a blast.

Well, we’re talking about toys, he was more of a pet. 😁

Yeah that’s a mystery. I’m going to have to break out the magnifying glass and do some investigation.
Ha! Im on my computer, so scrolling down it that comes up before the toy so it stand out like crazy. Got my attention for sure lol. Was Harry and the Hendersons filed at your place??

My SILs dad just handed down his 66 SS Impala to him. All freshened up with new paint, Cragar SS and an interior.

It was the family car he grew up in.. He's pretty stoked..

It's nice to see a young guy appreciate the classics

That's a good deal there for sure, carry on the memories

Yeah, but I played Harry and I don’t remember being on the roof. 😂

Both of my A1 block 392 Hemis that I threw the rods out of at Firebird...

And my dads 72 Vega wagon with a 350 cross ram, 8" rear end and had AC. My moms daily driver when I was growing up. She got about 5000 miles on a set of rear tires

As for toys from when I was a kid, this was a favorite Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle.

who remembers Wavejammers and X2s?? 🙃
I worked with Yamaha R and D to develop the Waverunner and Wavejammer.
Went to Japan twice for prototype testing.
I remember the Japanese engineers calling the first wave jammers “Star Wars” because they thought it looked like something from outer space😂
I told them they would never compete with the Jet Ski.
With a straight face they said they wanted to build family water vehicles only and had no interest in racing….yeah riiiight!
Less than a year after the Jammers came out they gave me one to hop up.
I cut the tower off, built a tube frame handle pull, put a built Kawasaki 550 pump and engine in it and reworked the bottom.
Tested well and ran as fast as a JetSki.
Turned out to be the forerunner of the Super Jet.
Also built a Kids Ski for them.
About 3/4 scale with a water cooled 250 and a cut down jet ski pump.
Ran great.
Then they changed the minimum age law.
Fun times.

There’s a couple toys I miss.

mostly, I miss my C9. Crappy little $99 pistol but I used it many many times to prove it’s the Indian, not the arrow.

total pile of crap, clumsy, bad trigger, bulky and as ugly as a glock but it never let me down and it was fun to go against people with new Les Baer and make better groups.

Kid down the street needed a gun and didn’t have much money so I sold it to him. I don’t even know the kid anymore, I hope it has served him well.

6” stainless anaconda. Big, enormously powerful and pretty useless but in the 08 market crash I needed to buy a new home for our family and it and a lot of other guns had to be liquidated to that end. My Garand and anaconda are the 2 I miss the most. I still have dies, brass, powder and projectiles for both … awaiting the day I replace them…

I just looked up the Tandem sport. How much cocaine was flying around the product development executive offices at Kawi back in the day?

*SNIIIIFFFF* ALRIGHT, LET'S MAKE A VESPA, BUT THROW ON A JET FOR THE WATER:

*SNIIIIFFF* YOU GUYS KNOW HOW SIT DOWN JET SKIS AND STANDUP JET SKIS ARE AWESOME? WHAT IF WE COMBINED BOTH SO ITS UNCONFORTABLE TO SIT OR STAND WHILE RIDING?!
1987-X2-Brochure.jpg

*SNIFFF* HOW ABOUT A FIBERGLASS BATHTUB, BUT WITH A MOTOR. AND GET THIS, YOU DRIVE WITH A JOYSTICK BETWEEN YOUR LEGS SO IT LOOKS LIKE YOURE JERKING OFF GOING DOWN THE RIVER
hq720.jpg

*SNIIIIIIIFFF* NOW HERE ME OUT.... REMEMBER THE TANDEM SPORT? LETS TURN THE SEATING TO SIDE BY SIDE AND ADD A STEERING WHEEL. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, THE STEERING WHEEL MOVES SO YOU CAN DRIVE FROM EITHER SEAT!

They came up with some stuff I actually wish they still made
Buddy had a pair of these. I called it the nut buster, balls would slap the seat so hard it split my trunks open.
