Topock 66

With the weather going to be 86 this weekend I was thinking about taking boat out and running up to Tooock. Never been up river this time of year is the water level up. I know it drops around Topock docks during winter.

a few weeks ago we went upriver. The guy following me didn't want to hit the open AZ side so we went up the CA no wake side and I can tell you in a few spots even that was low, with it trimmed up and still turned up some mud. Coming down that afternoon I went ahead and ran down my normal path and was fine. But I did see pics recently at Topock and the back slips were pretty much mud. I'm heading out this weeekend but didn't plan on going upriver again because of the water levels.

Ya that’s what I was worried about. We have friends that are keeping there so I thought I would meet by Boat but didn’t know about the water levels.

Could always launch at pirates cove or Jack Smith, and run the river between Needles Bridge and Sandbar

The levels aren't as good as most of summer, but are up about a foot better than 2 or 3 weeks ago. Should be about 447.5' for the weekend.
