They're cut off Lol. Gimbal rings were garbage and both stbd side hinge pins were frozen. To save the bell housings I decided to cut the gimbal rings that were already being replaced and then I was able to put the bell housings in a vise where I was able to put heat to them and then break them free with a 5ft long pipe wrench.Feel free to fill in details. What's up with the pieces that look cut off?
Are you doing the plug kits to access the swivel shaft?

JR Marine = Ron Bender he use to bring in his Taz Manian Devil boat in to us before the 08 market crash. It had two H.P. 500’s on the sides and an 800 hp blower motor in the center. I think the boat was an Outerlimits. We got some of the first kits he made when he started manufacturing them. He use to make hundreds of after market parts for Harley Davidson motorcycles. He is one hell of a nice guy and very smart. I haven’t seen him for a while, but every time I see one of those plate kits I think about himPS - JR Marine is a solid guy, with excellent parts and tools for gimbal repair, and a great resource for the DIY'er.
