They sell it in precut (width wise) rolls at West marine.

I saw these TuffBoard things at the boat show...no idea on price but they looked interesting.

I used indoor/outdoor carpet from Home Depot or Lowes. I'm in CA and tried to get some specialized bunk carpet online, but apparently CA has a special carpet tax and most online sellers are not set up to collect it, so no one would ship it to me in CA... Weather's great tho...

Typically neoprene backed, polypropene carpet...aka
Marine carpet. The cheaper stuff is 14oz. Up to 40oz.
It gets spendy quick.
also Places like parker auto parts , spankies etc have various types of carpet products. The stuff @ parker auto parts is kinda light weight and will tear easily on shorp corners, splits, chunked edges etc. The marine carpet backing provides more strength and benifits significantly when glued and stapled. Pacific boat trailers in Chino ca. Has nice carpet products as well.

As mentioned above, Spanky's in Parker has it. I ordered one roll from Overton's and they it got to me in SoCal pretty quick. I went to Spanky's to get more since once I started on the trashed bunks, I couldn't leave the other ones the way they were. I spent $30 on a cheap pneumatic stapler, and that made it so easy. I don't know how the professionals do it, but think the ends through. Leave them long, so you can tuck the sides in tight, staple, and then fold a big flap over the end onto the bottom and staple if that makes sense.

Oh thank you for the offer but hell I’m clear up here in Oregon.
Best bet is to call ships around you and see who they use. That’s what I did. It was expensive for the carpet. 130 is what I paid for enough to do the bakers on fenders aswell. Got extra aswell for error as I’m a lefty haha
