For the inmates heading to the boat show from the IE area, Be aware the northbound 15 to eastbound and westbound 91 connectors are scheduled for daytime lane reductions and nightly closures beginning Friday night, Jan. 10 to Mon...day morning, Jan. 13 for paving work.
