I have had many boats over the years and all of them were built ok.
These boats are over the top on design, engineering and workmanship. I have looked at this boat and it is a 10 PLUS.

It had 1350s two years ago, not sure if the previous owner pulled those for his new 52? The new owner must be a west coast guy? Idk but you don't see many MTIs out here other than DS?

Ehhhhh....kinda gimmicky for me....with the taillights and all, and the interior is strange...I would pass on it...and the black in Havasu?? if you walk on it with bare feet I bet you leave a couple layers of skin on it....

I think theme boats jumped the shark years ago...and not sure who would pick an all black boat....to think Malibu has been doing corvette boats since 90's...

I don't have any pics of the 52. I think Hammer and RD have some? But it's supposed to be bigger, and more custom than the 48. It appears to be even nicer than the 48 from the few pics I've seen, also the canopy appears larger with better vision in the 52
