Absolutely refuse to see the remake. That was such a bad ass show
Yep.Colt Seivers, Steve Austin and Evil Knievel made a big impression on me as an early teen. Maybe why I walk funny and why most shows now days say “don’t try this at home”
Agreed. The Fall Guy and the early McGyver seasons were the best.
Airwolf will always be the favorite.
Man the 80's were a great time for TV.
Magnum was my favorite ( Have the theme as ringtone ) but you are right the new version for me was too hard to watch. Higgins female ruined it for me as well.Agreed.
The A Team
I enjoyed the Magnum series.
And I really tried to like the Magnum reboot.
Couldn’t get into it.
Changing Higgins to a chick ruined the dynamic.
This scene made me chuckle, but not enough to win me over.
They’re too young. Can’t believe you nerds didn’t mention Miami Vice!!
They’re too young.
Miami Vice was the shit when I met the wife in 1983.
Yeah, I’ve only got you by 3 years, but I watched every episode growing up. My dad and I wouldn’t miss one if we were home. One of the few good memories I have of him.I was only 5 years old in 1983 but I knew Tubbs & Crocket were bad asses, still are lol
[/QUOTEAlways liked the power wagon.
I was born in 1969, and used to laugh at those clowns dressing up in their white suit jackets and loafers.I was only 5 years old in 1983 but I knew Tubbs & Crocket were bad asses, still are lol

Maybe some pointing and snickering.
There might have been a black eye taken, and a bloody nose and black eye given
Maybe a fat lip too.
And some sort of...understanding after that.
Like people used to do.
You beat me by a second or two!!Oh come on now, let us not forget Hardcastle and McCormick. That Coyote is still one of my favorite looking cars
I'm still looking to pick one of those up to build it, even at my age...lolYou beat me by a second or two!!
Now here’s an obscure 80s series most never saw.
This show is one of my fondest TV memories as a kid, this and magnum PI and of course dukes of hazzard.
I loved that show. Mostly cause they flew a Goose. Original Indiana JonesYou beat me by a second or two!!

Wasn’t it on Fri night at 10? Only show I can remember leaving what I was doing to watch. These shows are ALL fantastic, but none had the impact or created an entire "Culture" like Miami Vice did.
That show pushed the envelope in so many different areas and helped propel countless actors/actresses into stardom. It was an iconic show that outpaced every other series on TV during those years. My Dad got me hooked on it and it sparked my lifelong love for offshore boats. I was hooked after the first episode!
Magnum P.I. was close behind as my second favorite show. My Grandmother loved it and she never missed an episode.
When it first aired, I believe it was a Friday night show. That was awhile ago, so don't quote me on it. Hahahaa!!Wasn’t it on Fri night at 10? Only show I can remember leaving what I was doing to watch.
I saw it when I was killin time waiting for a flight. It wasn’t fantastic, but if you’re a fall guy fan they paid homage to the OGs. There are Easter eggs throughout. Things newbies won’t catch.Absolutely refuse to see the remake.
Remakes always disappoint, especially lately with all the virtue signals.
I tried to watch it too and just couldn’t do it. I watched an interview with Tom Selleck about the new series. He said the creator called him and told him not to worry Tom we are going to take your version and make it even better. Tom’s response to this guy was, we were the number 1 show on television for almost all of the 80s how are you going to do better than #1? lolAgreed.

Angie Dickenson had a crime show. They needed a cool but non discipt van for a surveillance car. Just going to sit in it. Buddy had a dodge with mild silver and pearl paint with cragars. The Dukes, Fall Guy, Hardcastle and Mccormick, Night Rider, Miami Vice, Chips, Starski & Hutch, A-Team all taught me how to drive properly. Isn't that how everyone drove in the 80s..
I've been daily driving v8 vans like BA
for over 22 years.
Billy always called Steve Austin, "The 6 dollar man!" LolDon't get me started…grew up in Paradise Cove Malibu. 70’s 80’s seen it all…including Fonzzie jumping the shark.
Thanks, The Fall Guy theme song has been in my head since Wednesday. I wake up at night humming it, whistle it when peeing, can't get it out of my head!
