THC Grafitti in Parker

We noticed THC grafitti around Parker this trip.
They are a Latino gang from Moorpark The High Class.

I was on jury duty when families of two THC members were suing a Moorpark rancher.

The gang initiation was to ride one of his Long Horn Cattle.
The Bull naturally gored both gang prospects.
Evidently felt real good about it too.

In a lawsuit, they can bring out all kinds of info.

This rancher made some bank.
He cross bred the Long Horns with other breeds and eventually ended up with a somewhat similar breed that was real hot dry and dusty tolerant, and sold off the semen for some $$.

Also rented the Long Horns for Photo Shoots.

We voted they weren't entitled to any compensation for trespassing.

It's not like the bulls got loose running through the neighborhoods.

I figure the only people that tag are the ones that don't own any property. If they did they'd respect others' property more and be afraid of losing what they have.

If the PDs were diligent about going after the perpetrators of this "petty crime" and the judiciary had some tough laws to work with tagging would pretty much stop in all but the shit-hole towns.

And if they cut the finger off of one tagger (with a law on the books) there'd be no more tagging. It works elsewhere but we're too PC for that kind of enforcement.

Is it Naked Gun where the taggers get painted by the wall they are tagging? I also like the alarm on 007's car in For Your Eyes Only, the guy trys to break into the car and the car blows up.. Would suck to be a criminal..

Tagging should be a "Crime Against Humanity", and should bring 10 mandatory years for the first offense. That would put a stop to it......Ray
