So as some of you know I got my Real Estate License earlier this year and I spent the summer working on a lot of stuff behind the scenes. One of the things I put together was a relationship between RDP / Team RDP & Morgan Taylor Homes!

Morgan Taylor is owned by a friend of mine and fellow boater Mike. He does a very modern styled home with exceptionally large garages. The second part of that is they are one of the larger statewide builders in AZ so he has the Horsepower behind him to get things done quickly and effectively.

Being that I am somewhat free during the days I spent my summer driving around finding the absolute best lots for the money in Havasu. Well I am proud to announce that we have started construction on the first three spec houses in Lake Havasu! As I mentioned before we are also offering a "build to suit" on one of our lots Tiburon.

(To give you an idea of garage size )

As these houses are built I will update the thread with progress pics!

Congrats RD - it's a great move for you and Havasu homebuyers.

Nothing like the garage contents being worth way more than the house it's attached to!

I'm impressed that a garage that big looks like it fits right in with the house. A lot of the houses with big garages just look like somebody built a big garage next to the existing one with no regard for how it looks.

There is one of these north of town on the way to the foothills, I know you guys were working with the builder to make some tweaks, the big thing I saw was the back patio was like 2 feet wide, barely fit a chair. Pretty sure you addressed that.

They are building a lot of this style homes in Henderson and Scottsdale. I like the look of the modern build. Havasu builders should all double the size of the patios because we will in one of the hottest places on earth. Ok triple the size.

These guys build quality homes. I have walked through some of their specs in North Scottsdale and I was very impressed. I walked through the home featured in this thread and I love it. Looking forward to seeing the progress on the new specs going up. No doubt they will be bad ass and go fast.

I got a lot of questions regarding the price, this first one is 2685 Tanglewood ct. It will be listed for 374,900 for a brand new 3 bed / 2 bath with a Monster garage!

No that was the third or fourth one they have built of this style in LHC I believe. That one was listed by Chad at the A Team as well, all these ones in this thread are the "Team RDP" listings. Slight changes have been made to some of the floor plans to make each built a little better than the next!

These pics of 840 Falcon were taken about 2 hours ago! You can see there are subtle differences between this and the Sioux house, one of the big ones being a rear exit from the Hall.

Weird. Just had an alert for a reply from hgp3 (I believe). Then it disappeared.

To answer your question our main focus is on underground utilities but we also perform other scopes. Our estimating dept. turns out budgets for our select customers that are turn key. The last one we did for a friend was roughly 50 acres 220 lots. Just like any sales most of them just end up being budgets but some get built.
