I am very proud to say that we have expanded our foot print in the Real Estate market from just Residential now into Commercial!

We are proud to announce that Trent Timothy has joined Team RDP! Trent brings with him an extensive background and general knowledge of both Commercial RE, and RE Development. He is currently engaged in several developments both in Lake Havasu and Bullhead.

The negativity doesn't bother me, although obviously I'd prefer the positive. I'm a realist / pragmatist and realize we don't live in nor will we ever live in a Utopia.

I'd rather run the forums than run the rest of the biz.. If I had someone competetent that I could trust to take over all the other aspects of the biz I'd do it in a heartbeat. The problem is there's a lot of big personalities in the industry and you have to learn how to deal with that.

As for the rest we have big plans for Team RDP & Team RDP commercial, and it's quickly becoming a recognized brand in the RE market of Havasu. I haven't added it up completely, but I think Team RDP has done 13 Million year to date.
