Micahel Jackson old kiddie stabbin cabin. I swear if I had FU money I'd buy this place. It's SO bad ass! Mostly just love the over 2600 acres of land, manicured grounds, lake, and the lay-out of the property. French cottage exterior is cool. interior would need a little updating but what a cool place. Plus it has it's own train! Build a race car track where the carnival used to be and be good to go! LOL

On the market for 31mil now down from the original 100mil they were shooting for before.

I can't find the listing but here's the old listing when it was at 100mil that shows the grounds.

The pictures I've seen of it more recently don't look anything like that - all the rides are gone and i'm not even sure if the tracks are still there. The place looked run down inside in the pics I saw a while ago. Of course they have dropped the Neverland name and are trying to sell it without the pedophile stigma.

That place is unreal. Back after MJ died i went with a buddy of mine ( a fellow mover) to go there and we had to pick up all thr gifts and shit that was left by fans at the gates. Also had to pick up and load some items from the property that were to be auctioned off. The place was guarded and patrolled by military contractors. Guy walking around with rifles. On the road going into the property there were statues of lil kids everywhere. Some bent over ...most were of kids with there backs turned . the place is nuts to say the least. We got a pretty good tour of the grounds(under a close eye of the security).. The animal enclosures .. The amusement rides..the house.. Theres so much that we didnt get to see . we left the place i awe.. U can only imagine all the crazy shit that went on over the years. We went bacl a few times to load items and memoribilia in a L.A moving company warehouse. Magical place to say the least..

It sat basically abandoned for a few years. The company that owns it bought the note on it when MJ was about to lose it. They bought the loan for 22mil with the deal the MJ would still own the place and he was planning to go on tour again to make the money to pay off the loan. He died a week later!

So the company that bought the note were kinda stuck. They sold off the rides and the place sat for a while as they decided wtf to do. Then they went in and refurbished all the buildings and property and listed it for 100mil I think 2013. Sat for another year on the market the. It was taken off. Back on the market in 2016 ish for 67 mil. Sat on the market for another year and a half and now it’s back on the market or 31 mil. Figure the company that owns the note is into it for high 20’s with the refurb and what not.

Rides are all gone. Trains are gone but track is all still there. House and all other structures are good in and out but all empty.

2600 acres near the California coast right outside of Santa Barbara. That’s a lot of land for that area. And if you google map it you can really see how all the trails and dirt roads and shit all through the property and up into the hills behind the property. You see how many buildings (I think 25 structures including houses stables barns garages theatre dance hall the train station, etc). Shits crazy. Place is pretty bad ass.

X2!! Best track ever!! Always wonder if it will ever reopen....

That Neverland Ranch property is amazing, even at the discounted price I couldnt imagine the monthly nut just for the upkeep.

Sure would be nice to have FU Money!!

What is the zoning there? Can it be subdivided into say 100 parcels?

I believe it can be broken up. The current owner group mentioned they’d rather sell it to someone that will keep it whole which eludes the land can be subdevided.

100 20 acre parcels!! Build a whole track and use the original mansion, movie theatre, pool and dance hall as a club house for the private community. Bad ass. I just don’t know how developable the back portion of the property is. It gets hilly back there.

My brother delivered the train track to Neverland. I don't remember if he saw MJ or not.

I worked there as a Firefighter just prior to the kid scandal. The ranch was absolutely insane over the top deluxe on every level. MJ was rarely there but everything had to be ready at all times for any number of visitors. For example the theater has 4 intensive care rooms for critically ill or terminally ill kids. Hospital beds, O2, monitors, etc with large glass to view the event in the theater. During my time there I saw nothing weird or strange, just the entire staff catering to these Make a Wish kids so they might forget for a day that they were sick.

Even if a billion just fell in to my lap, I would never buy it. No way I would want too live in ca and pay the property tax.

The neighbor property is owned by the guy that owns Pacific Sod and other empires.
I’m told he’s mentioned that he and other neighbors are going to be difficult to live with if a buyer tries to sub it.
He who has the most money wins these contests.
